IBTN Conference 2018 – Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for the 2018 IBTN Conference.

Refunds for Conference Registration and Networking Dinner Event Tickets

We issue refunds for conference registration fees and dinner event tickets provided that the request for refund is received before 11:59 p.m. on May 12, 2018 (EST). No refunds will be issued after this date. A $50 (CAD) administration charge will apply and will be subtracted from the reimbursement amount.

To apply for a refund, please email us the details of your request to help@ibtnetwork.org and include the purchase’s transaction/receipt ID (indicated on your transaction receipt) and the email address used during registration. Only cancellation requests received in writing at the above-mentioned email address will be processed.

We will process refund requests and refund amounts will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase or your PayPal account as applicable. The refund should appear within 3 to 10 days of your request but may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card issuer’s policies.
