What’s included with virtual registration
Starting in April, virtual registrants will be offered the option to upgrade their registration status to “in-person” and to purchase tickets to the dinner event.
All prices are in CAD and include all applicable fees and sales taxes.

* Those registering at the student rate will be asked to provide proof of their status as currently enrolled in a study program (ex., photo of a valid student ID card). Postdoctoral fellows within 5 years of their PhD are eligible for the student rate and will be asked to provide proof of the date their PhD was granted.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Government-issued vaccine passports will be requested upon arrival on site. Please ensure to have yours on hand.
- Participants will be asked to wear a mask during all activities on the UQAM campus.
- To best manage pandemic restrictions, in-person participants are offered an opportunity to reserve a spot for the dinner event when they register. Payment will be requested in April.
- The IBTN Team will follow up with in-person participants for their dietary preferences, workshop preferences, cocktail attendance and dinner menu choices throughout the month of April.

What’s included with the dinner event price
- An evening of dining in a lively French bistro in a quintessential Old Montreal location, Steak Frites St-Paul (St-Antoine).
- Meal with one glass of wine, including a choice of a first appetizer (shrimp, warm goat cheese salad, or Greek salad), a second appetizer (soup or calamari), a main course (salmon, filet mignon, or confit de canard), and dessert.
- Guests indicating that they do not eat fish or meat will be offered a special vegetarian risotto for the main course.
